Link Africa Holdings today announced that Mr. Imran Abbas, Group Chief Executive Officer, will be stepping down from his position due to personal reasons, effective 1 January 2026.
The Board of Directors has expressed its sincere appreciation to Mr. Abbas for his dedication, leadership, and contributions to the Group’s development and growth. In recognition of his deep industry experience and institutional knowledge, he will remain available to the Board in an advisory capacity to support a smooth transition.
To ensure operational continuity, Group CFO Rajesh Bux has been appointed Acting Group CEO while the Board commences the process of appointing a new Chief Executive Officer. The Group’s operations, customer commitments, and strategic priorities remain unchanged.
